Well-being Days

As an organization your well-being is the most important topic on our people agenda and is at the heart of our Conviviality culture.   In our effort to support you we are providing employees with wellbeing days to be used to recharge and focus on yourself. 

 Well-being days will not count against your earned PTO/Vacation time and may be requested by either the employee or be prescribed by a manager.  Unlike PTO/Vacation, well-being days may not be something which is planned in advance and therefore managers should be supportive of employees using such time.  Note, if you terminate employment with the company you will not be paid out for any unused well-being days. Additionally, Well-being days will be forfeited upon notice of termination (by Employee or the Company). Please enter your well-being days in WorkDay using the time off type of Wellbeing day.

 

For calendar year 2024 the number of Well-being days available to you will be 4 for full time employees and 2 for part time employees.   For 2024 full time new hires, the number of days you are entitled to will be prorated based on quarter in which you were hired. (ie, Jan 1 - March 31st are entitled to 4 days, April 1st to June 30th are entitled to 3 days, and so on). Part time employees hired prior to July 1st will receive 2 days, those hired on or after will be prorated to receive 1 day. The days will be available to you in WorkDay starting January 1st. 

 

All permanent employees of PRNA including the CODI, Full time, Part time and union/hourly employees are eligible.

 

Time taken for well-being is protected by our Non-Retaliation policy.  Any concerns related to taking this time should be discussed with your HR Business Partner.
