Well-Being Days

As an organization, we believe your well-being is very important and is at the heart of our Conviviality culture.  

In our effort to support you, employees are provided with well-being days to be used to recharge and focus on yourself. It is important to note that well-being days:

  • Are separate from PTO/vacation time. They should not be used as PTO days.

  • Must be entered in Workday using the time off type “wellbeing day”.

  • Must be used in the year they are given, they cannot be carried over into next year.

Well-being days are allotted per calendar year - for 2026 it will be 4 for full time employees and 2 for part time employees.  New hire allotment will be prorated based on quarter in which you were hired.

Eligibility

All regular, full-time, part-time, and union/hourly employees of PRNA are eligible.

Note, if you terminate employment with the company you will not be paid out for any unused well-being days. Additionally, Well-being days will be forfeited upon notice of termination (by Employee or the Company).
