New Hires

As a benefit-eligible employee, you are automatically enrolled in some benefit programs as of your first day at PRUSA - at no cost to you, such as basic life insurance, accidental death insurance, disability (salary continuation) and the employee assistance program.

You may voluntarily elect to enroll in other benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and supplemental life insurance during specified benefit enrollment periods, where you contribute toward the cost of coverage.

2023 Eligibility

 

These Family Members:

  • Your spouse or same or opposite sex domestic partner

  • Each child of you or your spouse (or same or opposite sex domestic partner) through the end of the month of each child’s 26th birthday.

Are Eligible for these Plans:

  • Medical and Prescription Drug

  • Dental

  • Vision

  • Dependent Life Insurance

You have 31 days to enroll in your optional health and salary continuation plans. Basic Life, AD&D, Disability and EAP  are provided at no cost to you. Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental life plans are contributory.
