2027 Annual Enrollment
As we prepare for 2027 Open Enrollment November 1–15, we want to share important updates to your benefits.
In shaping our 2027 benefits program, we've strived to stay Grounded in the Real, balancing rising healthcare costs with our commitment to providing comprehensive benefits that support you and your family's well-being.
Rates and Plan Updates
Last year, recognizing there were no merit increases, Pernod Ricard absorbed the full increase in healthcare costs to support our employees. For 2027, sharing a portion of these increases will allow us to continue investing in a strong, well-rounded benefits package.
For all Aetna medical plans, employee contributions will increase based on plan and coverage tier. See new rates here.
No increases to the MetLife Dental and VSP Vision employee contributions.
The deductible for the Aetna PPO plan increased to $600 single coverage & $1,800 for coverage with dependents.
The deductible for the Aetna HDHP HSA Plus plan increased to $1,750 single coverage & $3,500 for coverage with dependents per IRS regulations.
No change to the deductible for the Aetna HDHP Low plan.
Aetna HSA Max Contribution will increase to $4,500 for employee-only coverage and $9,000 for coverage with dependents.
