Annual enrollment is the period in which you can enroll in or make changes to your health insurance and other benefit plans without needing a qualifying life event.

Annual enrollment begins November 1 and ends November 15. During this period, you can make your elections through Workday for coverage effective January 1, 2026.

If you miss the deadline, you cannot make changes to your benefits until the next annual enrollment period unless you experience a qualifying life event, such as marriage, birth of a child, or loss of other coverage.

You can change your health plan, enroll in new benefits life dental or vision insurance, add or remove dependents, and adjust your contributions to flexible spending accounts (FSAs) or health savings accounts (HSAs).

If you wish to keep your current 2025 benefit elections in place for 2026, there is no action required – unless you are enrolled (or looking to newly enroll) in a HealthCare and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). If you wish to participate in 2026, you must (re)elect to contribute to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). FSA elections will not rollover into 2026.
