This program offers you high-quality back-up child and adult/elder care plus access to regular caregivers, pet care, tuition discounts. In addition, you now have improved benefits to help manage virtual learning, from tutors to learning pods. As a Pernod Ricard employee, you now have access to 15 days for care of your child or adult/ elder relative when regular arrangements fall through at a cost of $15 per-day per-child and $25 family maximum for center based care and $6 per hour for in-home care.

Short Term Disability

For birth mothers this will go into effect immediately upon childbirth. Birth mothers can still take advantage of the full 10-week parental leave following Short Term Disability.

Family Medical Leave

You are eligible for up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave after one year and 1,250 hours of service only for:

• The birth or adoption of a child

• Your own serious health condition (or to care for an immediate family member with a serious health condition)

FMLA runs concurrently with other qualifying company and state provided leaves such as Short Term Disability, State Disability, and Paid Parental Leave.

Parental Leave

Available to all new parents – including adoptive parents, as well as fathers and same sex partners. New parents will receive 10 weeks of paid leave. This 10-week period can be divided into 1-week increments within one year of birth or adoption.

For leaves beginning May 1, 2024 - Following the end of parental leave, employees must return to work for a cumulative period of at least 6 months, full time. If the employee resigns or is terminated for cause prior to working a cumulative period of 6 months of active employment, they will be required to reimburse Pernod Ricard the entirety of the Paid Parental Leave amount within 60 days of their last day. Advanced Reproductive Technology (ART)

Benefits through Aetna offer participants three ART cycles, as well as a lifetime prescription drug benefit of $20,000. Infertility drug coverage is also available. Benefits include egg, sperm, and embryo freezing and thawing. Storage is available for a year. The plan does not cover social preservation of egg freezing.

Pernod Ricard recognizes that families are formed in many ways. To support Eligible Employees, Pernod Ricard offers an Adoption/Surrogacy Reimbursement benefit to help reimburse certain legal expenses in the successful adoption of a child under the age of 18 or a surrogacy parenting arrangement.

Reimbursement limits:

  • For one child - $10,000

  • For two or more children - $20,000

Adoption & Surrogacy Reimbursement

Offers breastfeeding employees free milk shipping during business travels. Milk Stork is the first ever breast milk shipping company for business-traveling, breastfeeding moms. Please note Milk Stork is a taxable benefit to employees.

 Paid Caregiver Leave

Pernod Ricard recognizes that employees must balance work obligations with providing care for their families. The intent of this Paid Caregiver Leave policy is to provide eligible employees with paid leave to support them while meeting family obligations outside the workplace. Pernod Ricard may provide up to six (6) weeks of paid Caregiver Leave in a 12-month period to an eligible employee to care for the employee’s spouse, child, or parent who has a serious health condition (as defined by the FMLA).

Scholarship Program

Pernod Ricard USA offers a scholarship award program for eligible dependents of Pernod Ricard USA, Pernod Ricard Bottling and Pernod Ricard Winemakers employees whom are pursuing and undergraduate degree at an accredited institution.

Scholarship awards are provided based on the student’s academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, statement of goals and aspirations, usual personal or family circumstances, and an outside appraisal.

Up to five students will be selected by Scholarship America to receive a one-time, $5,000 scholarship award. Financial need is not considered, and Pernod Ricard USA is not involved in the selection process.
