2022 Employee Contributions
As you all know Pernod Ricard has a long-standing commitment to providing you and your family access to comprehensive and affordable healthcare benefits; our commitment stands even stronger now in these unprecedented times. For 2022, our Aetna medical plan rates will be increasing. Employees will see monthly increases ranging from $1.68 - $19.33 for the medical - depending on tier and plan you enroll in. We are maintaining the same employee contribution amounts for Kaiser Permanente, MetLife Dental and VSP Vision plan! New rates can be found at PRUSABenefits.com/health/medical. We are proud to continue to offer exceptional benefits at an affordable cost to protect you and your family.
Pharmacy Benefits
For 2022, we will offer you Pharmacy benefits through Aetna, a CVS Health Company. As part of this change, you will receive a new Aetna membership ID card. The combined card can conveniently be used for all Medical & Pharmacy visits. You can expect your new card in the mail prior to January 1, 2022. Because the coverage will still be with CVS, just under our Aetna Medical Plan, you will not need to do anything for existing prescriptions at mail order or retail. All existing information on mail order and prior authorizations will be transitioned seamlessly. The Aetna Concierge number on your ID card can be used once Annual Enrollment launches to answer any prescription related questions you have.
Please note: there may be some changes to the prescription formulary, but those changes occur every year and you will be notified in advance if you or a family member are impacted.
2022 Plan Design Changes
For 2022, we are reducing the out-of-pocket maximums on both HSA Plus and HSA Low plans with Aetna. An out-of-pocket maximum is a cap, or limit, on the amount of money you have to pay for covered health care services in a plan year. If you meet that limit, your health plan will pay 100% of all covered health care costs for the rest of the plan year. This limit has been lowered so you can benefit sooner.

No Cost/Low Cost Minute Clinic
As part of your benefits, you now have access to no cost or low-cost visits at CVS Minute Clinics. If you are enrolled in either of the HDHP plans you will pay the full, reduced, visit fees until the deductible is met. Once you have met your deductible, Minute Clinic visits are free. For employees enrolled in the Alternative POS Plan, any visit to a CVS Minute Clinic is free.
