As you all know Pernod Ricard has a long-standing commitment to providing you and your family access to comprehensive and affordable healthcare benefits; our commitment still stands.

  • Aetna medical plan rates will be increasing. Employees will see monthly increases ranging from $1.96 - $33.82 for the medical - depending on tier and plan you enroll in.

  • We are increasing employee contribution amounts for Kaiser Permanente. Employees will see monthly increases ranging from $6.55 - $22.06 - depending on tier you enroll in.

  • VSP Vision plan contributions will increase slightly ranging from $0.12 - $0.36 a month - depending on tier you enroll in.

  • No increase in MetLife Dental contributions!

Other Plan Changes

Aetna coverage now includes Acupuncture – up to 20 visits per calendar year without medical necessity (effective June 1st, 2022)

Prescription Drug – introducing a new program for employees on the Alternative PPO Plan only called PrudentRx. With PrudentRx, members can reduce out-of-pocket costs for specialty medication. To find out more, click here or call your Aetna concierge at 1-866-335-1115

Dental - Enhanced existing dental plan offering to include adult orthodontia with a $2,500 lifetime maximum.

Adoption and Surrogacy

In 2023, we are introducing a surrogacy benefit that added to the existing adoption benefit. Reimbursement increased as follows:

  • For one child: from $4,000 to $10,000

  • For two or more children: from $6,000 to $20,000

Brightline

Introduced in July of 2022, is a behavioral health solution designed specifically to support children and families age 18 months to 17 years old that are currently under any of the Aetna plans.

Families can access 1:1 virtual care from coaches, therapists, psychiatrists and speech therapists all on one care plan.

Paid Caregiver Leave

In direct response to employee experiences during the last year, we are introducing a new leave policy where eligible you can receive up to six weeks paid time off to care for a spouse, domestic partner, child or parent with a serious health condition.

Hinge Health

Through Aetna® Back and Joint Care, Hinge Health provides all the tools you need to get moving again from the comfort of your home. You’ll get exercise therapy tailored to your condition and a personal care team of experts. Best of all, it’s at no additional cost to you, it is 100% covered by Pernod Ricard as a pilot program for 2023.

Changes to Fitness Reimbursement

Effective January 1st, 2023, reimbursement will be provided for the use of certified personal trainers.

MetLife Legal

We expanded our MetLife legal plan to now include divorce and reproductive assistance benefits in 2023.

As a result, monthly rates was increased from $18 to $20.
